The role I cover as a freelancer consists of the creation and design of images and video Instagram Stories for various purposes. The process, in summary, consists in creating stories for all the clients weekly and scheduling them through Facebook Business Suite or publishing them manually through Instagram or Facebook. As shown in the work below, my process involves the creation of different kinds of Instagram Stories utilizing Canva; interactive, emotional, and aesthetics while making sure to follow the client's brand identities and the communication strategy objectives for the various activities. One of the most important aspects of this role is to understand the goal of the brand and to unleash a great amount of creativity and communication techniques.

Fiaschetteria

The stories I create for 'La Fiaschetteria' focus on an essential value - authenticity, which is key to establishing the right connection with its audience. The tone is in fact very friendly and playful, a typical characteristic of a Neapolitan trattoria that is fully reflected in the selection of dishes they offer. They also have a great interest in hearing their customer's opinions, which is the reason why our strategy often includes collecting feedback through the use of Instagram surveys, questions, and stickers.

Showcasing the venue and the experience that they offer is a must to communicate the well-being that customers can experience from a day at the Hotel. Imma Bentini

Imma's Instagram profile, a psychologist and motivational coach, was the project that most stimulated me. The strategy I used was planned and studied step by step with her, using topics and dealing with current and psychological topics, which caused interest and interactions. The creation of a real community that interacts with and trusts her figure has been my goal from the beginning. The results were very quick and satisfactory.
